Responsibilities:
Provide project planning and management for established initiatives.
Manage the planning, implementation, evaluation, testing support, and deployment/go-live phases of the project management life cycle using Waterfall methodology and/or Agile delivery practices.
establish key baseline analytics and identify process improvement opportunities that can be measured with metrics-based tools and ensure that business process outcomes meet business goals and objectives.
Responsible for providing direction and oversight of all project management work with numerous internal and external teammates.
ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, project charters, risk log, meeting minutes, communication plans and presentations.
Foster communication between team members by conducting regular project meetings, delivering project status reports, and functioning as primary liaison between team leads.
Identify performance gaps, prioritize optimization efforts, and introduce improvements and innovations that impact results and enhance productivity and profitability.
Identify and recommend quality standards within the business process for improvement and control.
Track project performance, report on project health, and specifically analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Report on department KPI's.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints and scope based on financial analysis.
Identify performance gaps, prioritize optimization efforts, and introduce improvements and innovations that impact results and enhance productivity and profitability.
Prepare detailed analysis to clarify specific requirements of each project.
EDUCATION - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCEMinimum 4 years of project management experience.
4 years of business analysis, information technology or operations experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the PMBOK processes, Agile Scrum Development, SDLC/Waterfall, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage and facilitate the execution of multiple concurrent projects and deliver on time and within budgetary requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
The ability to demonstrate, active listening and customer care.
Technical awareness:
the ability to match resources to technical projects appropriately.
