We are looking for experienced and vibrant Front Desk receptionists to join our team.
Candidates will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages and answering mail.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner and will have an outgoing personality with a high level of energy.
There is much room to grow at this office as there could have potential to be cross training for optical department in sales of glasses and contact lenses.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Greeting patients upon arrival in a friendly and compassionate manner.
Verify insurances and check insurance eligibility Prepare and gather necessary paperwork including patient demographics medical and vision insurance eligibilities and materials for doctors and fellow staff members Performing administrative duties as needed Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred) Prior experience preferred but not necessary, willing to train motivated candidates Ability to speak Spanish (Required) Availability:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday half day, Thursday, Friday and Saturday half day Job Type:
