Verificar el producto que reciben Tener experiencia en filetear el producto Tener experiencia en los cortes de diferentes tipos de pescado por ejemplo Salmon y Tuna.
Saber usar los diferentes tipos cuchillos seg n el corte Tener conocimiento si el producto es fresco o noRequisitos:
