Position Summary The Call Center Lead is responsible for the efficient clinic flow of patients through the front office and for ensuring that front office staff are adhering to front office protocols for appointments, data collection and cash collection.
This position strives to find solutions to improve efficiency in front office patient flow.
The Call Center Lead will train new staff, monitor front office quality and work with the Clinic Manager and other operations supervisors to improve patient experience.
Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from $21-22/hour.

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Two years clinical experience required.
One year experience in a non-profit clinic/community service setting preferred.
Management/supervisory experience preferred.
Essential Position Responsibilities Assess, ensure, and evaluate the efficient flow of clients through the front office; works with back office team to maintain a quality patient experience throughout the visit.
Answer patient questions and problems modeling excellent customer service techniques as appropriate; addresses patient complaints/concerns; coordinates grievance process and submits forms to Clinic Manager.
Oversees front office scheduling.
Works directly to supervise front office a staff.
Ensures scheduling and productivity is maximized.
Provide coverage support to the front office related in day to day operations.
Ensure that front office staff is well trained.
Work with Clinic Manager to identify gaps in employee skills within the department.
Works with Clinic Manager to implement and monitor standards of data entered into medical records and billing systems.
Limited participation in preparation of site for clinical/facility audits.
Demonstrate understanding of WCC policies and procedures.
Interacts with patients, physicians, staff, vendors, and visitors in ways that demonstrate caring and reflect the WCC mission and philosophy.
Attends WCC meetings as required Other duties as assigned.
Skills Knowledge of community clinic operation.
Knowledge of font office processes, Medi-Cal and other funding sources.
Must be able to learn quickly, in a fast paced environment.
Must possess interpersonal skills to interact diplomatically with staff and difficult clients.
Extensive customer care management background and understanding of the dynamics in delivering high quality patient services in a changing environment Must be able to work with a very diverse group of patients in a non-judgmental manner.
Must possess strong verbal and organizational skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
