We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative IT projects, directly impacting the success of our business.
You will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver project objectives within agreed timelines and budgets.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a variety of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans, manage and monitor project progress, and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
Use project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, to drive project execution and deliver value to the business.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and on-time delivery of project tasks.
Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary.
Manage project budget, including tracking project costs and ensuring value for money.
Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with the company's project management framework and governance processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
Minimum of 3
years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects.
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
Experience with Scrum and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Strong vendor management skills, with experience in managing external vendors.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
Strong budget management skills, with a focus on delivering value for money.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
