Responsible for teaching swimming to members in the Aquatics Department of the Torrance-South Bay YMCA.o Must be 16 years or older o Knowledgeable in the principles and techniques of successful swimming instruction.o Possess ability and desire to work with a diverse group of people and ages. o Must have current CPR and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent certificate or be willing to get certified within 60 days of employment.o Possess effective communication skills necessary to inform, motivate and support swim participants.o Bilingual requested but not required.o Part-time: 7am-11am or 3pm-9pm
