Excellent opportunity to expand your career and develop your technical expertise. - Wilmington, CA   The Opportunity   We are looking for a Reliability Coordinator to be focused on increasing plant reliability and workforce productivity through quality work planning following world class asset managementprocesses and safe work practices.    What the role entails   This role is a great opportunity to join a successful, dynamic and experienced team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be:   Two direct reports, Maintenance Supervisor and Storeroom Clerk. 20 indirect reports to include maintenance, electricians and steam plant department. Accountability of maintenance strategy, maintenance execution, steam plant operations and store room operations. Improving productivity of people, equipment and work quality by eliminating potential delays and obstacles to efficient work execution. Conduct contractor safety orientations and ensure contractors are cleared to work onsite. Responsible for maintenance work by producing weekly maintenance plans which are practical with all of the resources identified with accurate estimates and all necessary materials. Ensuring safety needs are given a top priority in work planning. Providing KPI data showing maintenance performance to varies departments. Recommending system and design changes to improve the processes. Leading follow-up meetings to capture learnings from the workforce to capture improvements in plant and procedures. Providing leadership in team building, planning, and establishing clear measures that keep everyone focused on safety, results, and the customer. Ensuring work is completed in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and soliciting input from team members   About you   To succeed in this role, you will have: 5+ years of experience in maintenance/operations/instrumentation of an industrial or manufacturing setting Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree; Or equivalent experience Knowledge and execution of asset management strategies and best practices Leadership experience Experience in inventory control and best practices Previous maintenance planning and scheduling experience mandatory SAP experience or similar ERP system Contractor Management/Contractor Safety Orientation experience Must have or the ability to obtain a (TWIC) Transportation Worker Identification Credential   It will also be beneficial if you have: Strong organizational and time management skills preferred Steam Engineer License Previous exposure to a union environment   req24959

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
